Worplesdon Place has been an iconic landmark at the heart of the pretty village of Worplesdon, just outside Guildford, since the 19th century. Now a country pub with rooms, we’ve been spruced up and refurbished to our former glory, offering a good dose of rural chic, old fashioned hospitality, all your favourite dishes and, of course, the best beers and wines to wash them down with.
Complete with family friendly dining area, rustic and retro bar, sunny terrace and expansive gardens – leading onto our own swan lake, it’s the perfect setting to enjoy time with family and friends inside by one of our roaring fires or alfresco in the sun. And, if you don’t fancy leaving, why not stay the night in one of our 29 boutique en-suite bedrooms, lavishly furnished and individually styled.
Food is served throughout the day, every day – with a range of menus to satisfy any appetite. We’ve got all your favourite pub classics, a flame grilled rotisserie, stone-baked pizzas and a seasonal specials menu to choose from. So, whether it’s our gourmet burgers, prime steaks or show-stopping roasts that take your fancy, or perhaps you’re looking for something a little more special, you’ll find our menus are bursting with tasty and freshly prepared dishes that you’ll be dying to dive straight into.
The dining room and à la carte menu is available from 12pm to 9.30pm Monday to Thursday, 12pm to 10pm Friday & Saturday and 12pm to 8.30pm on Sunday.
